Lancet Creative Group is built around three core pillars:
architecture, art, and women’s skills empowerment.
Our identity is grounded in a simple belief: spaces, images, and opportunities can meaningfully change people’s lives.
Founded by Naghmeh Roshan Zamir — architect, artist, and educator — the group brings together years of design experience, artistic practice, and social engagement. Under one shared vision, Lancet Creative Group includes:
• Lancet Architecture Studio:
Architectural and interior design with a focus on creativity, technology, and forward-thinking design.
• Roshan Art Gallery:
An online gallery showcasing original paintings centered on texture, color, and contemporary artistic expression.
• RoshanHub – Women’s Skills Initiative:
A volunteer-driven program providing practical skills training for women, aiming to create real opportunities for learning and economic independence.
We don’t see these paths as separate.
For us, architecture, art, and education form a unified world — a world where creativity becomes a tool for social impact.
Lancet Creative Group is where a design studio, an art gallery, and a women’s skills platform work together, aligned and complementary, to make meaningful change possible.
